Our restored watermill is located close to Cupramontana on a private estate of 10 acres of fields, woods and waterfall.

You can enjoy the countryside by car or by foot along rolling hills and picturesque villages. Escape from mass tourism! Here you can still find the traditional Italian lifestyle.

The world famous Frasassi caves are around the corner; beautiful cities such as Gubbio, Assisi en Perugia are 2 hours by car from our house. Or get surprised by less well known Fabriano, Corinaldo or Ascoli Piceno.

Sand-and-sun loving romantics will enjoy the bays along Monte Conero, south of Ancona that lie against the blue waters of the Adriatic Sea.
